Levs has 8+ years’ experience in SAP as functional consultant. Most of work he has done in SAP SD as well as participated in configuration of Sales and Services in SAP CRM/C4C and Data Migration processes. He also has basic knowledge in MM. - Responsible for Handling tickets and application support to the end users. Diagnose, analyse and solve the issue.
- Training the end users and preparing end user training material.
- Customizing of processes related to sales of electronic value articles (mobile phones accounts refill)

- C4C: Sales(Opportunity, Sales order, quote), Business partner(roles, employees, users, authorization), Business configuration(Code list mapping, Reports etc), Service(tickets, ticket routing, SLA setup), Organizational management, Territories etc
- Knowledge of CRM Sales & Services (On premise and Cloud), CRM Service Management & Equipment, MM, Data migration of SAP SD and Service related objects using LSMW/SXDA tools, Basic knowledge of SAP EWM.
